After having the UP learner licence issued by the UP (Ministry of Road Transport and Highway) then you are eligible to apply for the UP permanent licence that is also known as a Driving licence.

• Go to this website: parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
• On the top, you will see different menus, simply click on “Online Services”.
• Now from the drop-down menu select “Driving Licence Related Services”.
• Enter the state name Uttar Pradesh.
• You will now see the option of fees payment, click on it.
• Enter your DOB and application number.
• Hit the enter key.
• Now click on “Click Here to Calculate Fee”.
• According to your vehicle class (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) make the fee payment.

How to check your UP driving licence Status

To check the status of your driving licence in UP, follow the below steps.

• Go to this website: https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/stateSelection.do
• Now it will ask you to select your state, simply select Uttar Pradesh.
• Enter your application number and DOB(Date Of Birth).
• After that, all information including the status of your driving licence will be shown on your screen.
