BH series or Bharat Series number plate initiative was done in order to do the seamless vehicle registration from one state to another. It was rolled out by the Ministry of Road, Transport, and Highways (MoRTH). If you apply for the Bharat Series number plate then you can have a “BH” market number plate instead of “UP” on your vehicle. And once you get it then you don’t have to do any change in your vehicle registration while moving from one state to another.
